Sad people have never asked to be saved. If people would stop trying to be a hero they would be able to get along with those who are mentally ill. There's nothing more you can do than support someone. Don't abandon them shaking your head, throwing you hands up saying "I tried, but you ask too much of me". People use it to feed their ego and think to themselves "I am a better person for having tried, and a braver person for leaving".

I don't want day dreams anymore. Everywhere stood the same solid unconquerable figure, made monstrous by work and childbearing, toiling from birth to death and singing. So, following the little prince's interactions, I have drawn that planet. I wanted everything to be all easy and simple...So I tried to pretend that it was your fault...because I was scared, and I didn't want to have to do anything myself.
